Please read and understand the following terms and conditions before signing up for SimplyUnlimited™. By signing up to SimplyUnlimited™ you signal your agreement to all the terms below:

Membership Period

Your SimplyUnlimited™ membership runs for 12 calendar months from the date you sign up.

Renewal

There is no need to manually renew your SimplyUnlimited™ subscription. All memberships renew automatically on the anniversary of your initial membership. The renewal fee may change during the period of your membership, and no guarantees are made regarding future pricing. Please check our website for the current membership fees.

Cancellations

The SimplyUnlimited™ membership fee is non-refundable. You can cancel your renewal by contacting our customer service team on 0800 988 0292, Monday – Saturday from 8am – 6pm. Cancellations must be made before the beginning of your next membership period. Simply Supplements reserves the right to withdraw the SimplyUnlimited™ service at any time and for any reason.

SimplyUnlimited™ is only available to customers residing in the United Kingdom. Please be aware that despite our best efforts it may not be logistically possible to offer express delivery to members in outlying areas.

Delivery

Orders must be received and processed by 12 noon to guarantee same-day dispatch. Please note that whilst we aim to deliver all express parcels within their allotted time period, this may not always be possible due to circumstances outside our control. Estimated delivery times exclude weekends and national holidays. Products that are out of stock at the time of ordering will be dispatched when they arrive in our distribution centre.

Investigating late arrival

In the unfortunate circumstance that your parcel does not arrive within the estimated time frame, please contact our customer service team. A member of the team will be happy to look into this with our courier company and resolve the situation as soon as possible.

Marketing Communications

A key benefit of your SimplyUnlimited™ membership is access to exclusive members-only discounts. We will therefore contact you using the details you provide to achieve this aim. If you would rather not be contacted by a specific medium, or at all, you may opt out of marketing communications by contacting our customer service team.

Transferability

Your SimplyUnlimited™ membership must only be used by the named account holder. Your membership cannot be transferred to anyone else, nor can other people use your account to share your SimplyUnlimited™ benefits.

Cash Value

SimplyUnlimited™ is a discount membership and has no cash value. Therefore no refunds will be provided.

Changes to These Terms & Conditions

Simply Supplements reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at our discretion. Any changes will be reflected on our website.
